How these dates affect business-day counting
A business-day or working-day calculation usually moves one day at a time and skips Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. For example, Good Friday and Easter Monday create a four-day Easter weekend, so a 5 working day deadline that crosses Easter will usually finish later than a simple 5 calendar day count.
